COVID-19 Update March 2021

As things continue to develop in regards to the pandemic, our priority is still the health and safety of our customers and employees. We sincerely appreciate all of our customers and your continued support of our business, and we are thankful to have such a wonderful community that has adapted to the many different changes that we have all endured this past year. We want to thank everyone for all the encouragement, support, and kindness that you have given us since we opened in November.

 

In-Store Shopping

While the statewide mask mandate has been lifted, we are continuing with many of the same practices we have had in place since reopening after lock down last May.

Our occupancy is now 100%, but we encourage shoppers to maintain 6ft of distance between themselves and other customers. We are also continuing our sanitization practices around the store and in the fitting rooms. Our employees will still be wearing masks, and we would like to encourage you to do the same. Thank you!

 

Buying Process

Our policy will continue to be Drop, Dash, and Donate. Your items will be dropped off for us to sort through, we'll give you a call back by the next day, and we ask to be able to donate to charity the items we don't buy. If you would like your items back, we will now pre-sort your items on a first come, first served basis while you are in the store if under 50 items. This means you will have to wait for us to sort your items, and we will give back the ones we will not purchase. This sorting practice can take between 5 and 20 minutes, depending on the number of items you have and the number of customers ahead of you. Following the pre-sorting process, we are still running 24hours for buying and calling back with your cash amount. This is due to the high volume of incoming items; we are buying in the order in which items are dropped off. If you have over 50 items, you can make an appointment with us on a Monday to meet at our store where we can sort through your items while you wait and get you back whatever we might not be able to buy.
